**NEW** Dragonfly Replacement Flapper Valve

Noticed my trusty dragonfly wasn’t bobbing around like it did and thought it was the floats not properly set. When I pulled it out of the water I noticed a small hole in the flapper valve. Jumped on the website found the part was serviced separately. Ordered it and installed and it’s working perfectly again. Rather simple install. I called as I wasn’t sure and call answered straight away and verbal instructions were perfect.

I've had my Dragonfly since Nov 2013. My wife claims I have a 3-way bromance going with it and my robotic pool cleaner. The robot keeps the floor clean and the Dragonfly sits near the skimmer basket, always in, keeping the surface clean. It makes an astonishing improvement to water clarity. This is the second time I've had to replace the float valve - each lasted 4 years give or take. The plastic wears out near the thin edge. But MAX AND TEAM TO THE RESCUE. When I ordered the second replacement recently, it came quickly and sat on my shelf. Today I opened it and Max has gone above and beyond. Not only did he send the ordered, identical replacement part, but he also sent the new improved version along with a handwritten letter to tell me that this one shouldn't wear out. Now how good is that? Max could quite easily have let me order a new one every 4 years, and I'd have been happy. So he's cost himself future money to make me - and other Dragonfly aficionados - happy. It's so rare and great these days to find a business that truly values its product and customer experience. plastic thickness is very thin in some places and will puncture with normal use. Dragonfly does work well in the pool.
