Please ensure you provide a residential address as We cannot send to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.

We ship using Australia Post domestically and Australia Post Standard Air Mail internationally. If you would like to pick up from Guildford NSW Australia please contact us to arrange a suitable time. We can also provide delivery to Sydney Port for bulk orders.
Delivery time varies, however we do our best to post within 24 hours.

Returns
If your item is damaged contact us as soon as possible after delivery. This has NEVER happened in 10 years so please ensure you take photos and advise as soon as is possible so we can offer a replacement.
